Bugzilla Bug 230600

RubyGems fails to emerge.  I added manually..
/usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/cache
/usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/doc
/usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems
/usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/specifications

and it was fine then.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge rubygems
2.create directories
3.emerge again

Hi, sorry build log is gone as I worked around it.

I can try and unmerge and remerge with those directories missing and see if I
get the same result.That seemed to work...
