Following apps need to be tested against v19 before it's unmasked.

compiles and works with v19_pre20071207. Wireshark only tested sporadicly.

drac reports games-arcade/ultrastar-ng as working (via IRC).

denemo-0.7.6 doesn't have portaudio support, 0.7.7 adds it, guess we just mask
0.7.7 same time when we unmask portaudio v19 (or patch the sources to make it
optional, if possible?)

jack-audio-connection-kit failed to build with v19, so we have revision now
that disables the USE=portaudio.. AND we have a USE=jack in portaudio now. it
would have been circular deps.

sci-mathematics/freemat fixed for gcc-4.3 and works with portaudio-19

media-sound/mixxx-1.5 requires port audio v19 - works fine
media-sound/mixxx-1.6 beta requires port audio v19 - works

I am unsure about older version (1.4.*) as they cannot be built amd64 at this
point.  

media-sound/mixxx-1.2.1 should probably be dropped.

So.. how about revisions of lirc and timidity++ without portaudio support, 
and be done with..? After the bugs depending on this bug of course.

Patch to convert LIRC portaudio to use v19 

LIRC's portaudio dependencies are only in one file (daemons/hw_audio.c) which
is very closely resembled after the portaudio test file test/patest_record.c.

The attached patch incorporate the changes in pa_record.c between v18 and v19
into lirc's hw_audio.c. Afterwards lirc compiles nicely with portaudio_v19. 

With adding

to src_unpack() in the the lirc-0.8.3 ebuild we could check which version of
portaudio is installed and patch the file if needed.

I will report the problem and the patch upstream in next time.

- lirc patch applied, please make sure the upstream gets it..
- epos can use alternative sound backend (oss?), using it..
- cultivation masked..

Should be all done (for unmasking, more porting on it's way)
