When trying to install dev-java/jsr101-1.1, fetch restrictions are turned on, and I am given the URL http://javashoplm.sun.com/ECom/docs/Welcome.jsp?StoreId=22&PartDetailId=7935-jax_rpc-1.1-fr-class-oth-JSpec&SiteId=JSC&TransactionId=noreg.  But when I go to this URL, I get a message that says "Sorry, Page not found".

Where can I download this file? 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to install dev-java/jsr101-1.1
2. Go to http://javashoplm.sun.com/ECom/docs/Welcome.jsp?StoreId=22&PartDetailId=7935-jax_rpc-1.1-fr-class-oth-JSpec&SiteId=JSC&TransactionId=noreg. 

Actual Results:  
I got an error page

Expected Results:  
I should have been able to download the file.

This is needed for installing dev-util/netbeans-5.5.1.
