For some reason openbox checks (and possible uses) pangoxft (instead of the new coolness that is pangocairo). But the ebuild doesn't check on USE=X on pango beforhand, so it will fail in configure. So if pango has a USE=X, it should be enabled. But watch out, as before pango-1.20 it was unconditionally enabled, so if the USE flag doesn't exist on pango, it's fine without it. Only if it exists, it should be enabled for openbox to pass configure. CCing compnerd, as he added the USE=X. For reference, pango_xft_* symbols are actually used in libobrender (render/font.c and so on). Wish it would be backend agnostic, but yeah, so it is right now.
