junit test fails with ibm-jdk-bin-1.6.0.1 on amd64:

Seems to work with 1.6.0.3, can you try?

Error still exist with poi-3.2 and ibm-jdk-bin-1.6.0.3. All tests do pass with
ibm-jdk-bin-1.5.0.9
