groups-dash should be skipped along with groups-version, but since it isn't, it's testing util-linux's version of it, rather than coreutils's own (which isn't built). I'll attach the obvious patch shortly. Do you want to report this upstream or shall I?

No, otherwise I would not have asked "Do you want to report this upstream or shall I?" in case base-system@ preferred to handle the contact with upstream themselves.

Thank you, require_built_ groups is still needed to fix groups-dash in coreutils-6.12-r1.

should be fixed with sandbox-1.6 and coreutils-7.1
