app-dicts/stardict-3.0.1 fails to compile with gcc-4.3

Fix includes and a wrong #define for gcc-4.3

I tested it only compiling without any useflags, so maybe actually more
patches are necessary

Thank you for report/fix Martin. Fixed in stardict-3.0.1-r1.ebuild.
