The libjpegsrc.v6b.tar.gz downloaded from  
http://gentoo.oregonstate.edu//distfiles/jpegsrc.v6b.tar.gz has an invalid 
digest.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge jpeg

Actual Results:  
Portage message:

correct file is now in distfiles-local

but why isn't is mirrored yet ?

OSU had some serious problems and was feeding bad files to all of the mirrors.
kveton is in the process of fixing it.
