... emerge new packages. Did an emerge rsync this evening 5-23-2003. Did the rsync twice - got 2 different mirrors each time ( don't remember first but second was GA tech ). After rsync is complete, I now have several packages that won't install due to "... Digests do not match" - recorded md5 and file md5's don't match. Tried removing downloaded files several times and re-downloading - same errors. 2 offending files: "emerge openoffice" the 1st dep is tcsh-6.12-r2 which will not emerge. Then I tried koffice - ImageMagick-5.5.6.tar.bz2 will not emerge due to md5's. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge rsync 2. emerge openoffice (or koffice) 3. Actual Results: md5's don't match. portage halts. Expected Results: software did what it was supposed to do. Human being put wrong digests in portage tree. Need to get current md5's for the latest portage tree when rsync'ing.
