Currently, when I run "emerge -avuDN world" mask warning is shown at top of
ouput:

The problem is when a lot of packages will be updated, in that case, I have to
manually scroll up for viewing the message. 

I think that would be better show this message at the end of output instead
(like is currently done with blockers)
