vtk-tcl8.5.patch

For this I have found two options:
1. Version bump to a CVS snapshot, as it already supports tcl/tk 8.5
2. Try to patch current vtk using only "tck/tk related" part from CVS: I attach the patch used by mandriva and I will attach a tarball that is being used for adding tcl/tk 8.5 support, it was taking some months ago from vtk CVS. Tarball must be unpacked under Utilities/TclTk in sources dir.

after unpacking this you can run:
rm -rf `find -type d -name CVS`

For removing cruft

Thanks much for your patch, I appreciate your help!
I've had to add a view more pieces from cvs head
such as some updated cmake files, but things seem
to compile now. I've just added the patch and
updated ebuild to our mirrors. Please re-sync
in an hour or so.

Thanks,
Markus
