Install with ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~amd64" - IE: TEST-branch.

USE="loop-aes" emerge -1[p] util-linux pulls version 2.13.1.

The loop-aes PATCH is made for version 2.13.0.1.

The patch fails as the source must have changed after the revision. The
comments in the patch suggest using the "correct release".

Forcing version 2.13.0.1 fixes the problem, but obviously an updated patch is
needed.

PTF: in /etc/portage/package.mask/... add: >sys-apps/util-linux-2.13.0.1.
