media-sound/amarok-1.4.9999-r1: Adjust the ebuild for sqlite-3.5*.ebuilds.

sqlite-3.5*.ebuilds hopefully will have IUSE="+threadsafe" instead of
IUSE="nothreadsafe".

1.4.9999-r1 is gone, -r2 does not use system sqlite just like 1.4.7 releases
(it fell under my radar before).
