I have created/modified a patch to enable intelligent signature placement in the event of a user wishing to put their signature above quoted text.

Reproducible: Always

Please take that patch upstream if you must. "Text oben, Fullquote unten" (tofu) / "Text above, full quote below" is excessively annoying and something I definitely won't add.
