Copying the ebuild an dropping the custom patches works. Not sure if they are unneeded yet.
Adding gnome as they are also listed as the maintainers.
gnome-phone-manager-0.20 has been released, ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/gnome-phone-manager/0.20. Feel free to update the summary
btw: 0.20 is out (http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gnome-phone-manager/0.20/). Copying the ebuild works.

If you'd like to read comment #2 and rethink about what you did :-\ guys, please keep in mind that we have tools (mailing-lists, rss feeds) to know when most of gnome packages are uploaded to ftp server. So please don't fill bump requests until 1 or 2 weeks has passed.
ebuild is bumped in portage but masked until I get around testing it on a box with bluetooth
This ebuild also requires a dependency (checked by the configure script) based on > gnome-bluetooth-0.8 (which seems not to include gnome-bluetooth-0.8.2). The ebuild currently allow >=gnome-bluetooth-0.8.0...
now unmasked, enjoy
