subversion-1.3.2-r4 requires " =sys-libs/db-4*"
But it didn't worked with sys-libs/db-4.5.20-p2 (econf failed)
After masking >=sys-libs/db-4.3 and remerging db everything worked fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge >=sy-libs/db-4.5
2. try to emerge subversion
3.

Actual Results:  
econf failed
