The PAM and PWDB licenses are pretty much the same (only difference is the name
of the program). It might or might not be a good idea to use the same file for them.

In fact, taking another look at the licenses, both PAM and PWDB should be 
equatable to "BSD || GPL"... Anyone wish to confirm this before I change their 
ebuilds?

PAM and PWDB licenses have been deleted and their corresponding packages now use "BSD | GPL-2" for LICENSE.
