As shown in http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47814 KDE's web browser,
Konqueror delays before opening a tab.  They have fixed that issue and have a
diff to patch it.  It'd be nice if there would be an updated ebuild of kdebase
that applies this patch.  The patch is located here:
http://webcvs.kde.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/kdebase/konqueror/konq_mainwindow.cc.diff?r1=1.1083.2.13&r2=1.1083.2.14

This will be fixed in kde 3.1.2 but that will be a while.. can we get this
patched now?

1.open a tab
2.wait for site to conneect
3.the tab will finally pop open

fixed in kdebase-3.1.1a. thanks for reporting.
