lftp 3.5.12 was released on 2007/07/26.

3.5.12 is yet to be announced on both lftp's homepage and its mailing list ( http://www.mail-archive.com/lftp-devel%40uniyar.ac.ru/ ), but it's available from the servers already:

The correct release date was in July, contrary to what the NEWS say. Both the date on the FTP server and the signature state that.
