During the jump from 1.0.9755-r1 to 100.14.09 an important line has been killed in the ebuild (EMULTILIB_PKG="true") and thus 32 libs will no longer be installed on multilib systems.

Putting the line back in fixes the problem...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge nvidia-drivers on a multilib system
Actual Results:  
only the 64bit stuff has been emerged

Expected Results:  
32 bit as well as 64 bit libs should be installed on a multilib system
