firestaarter write the configuration file at /etc/dhcpd.conf but it's needed at /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf in order to start /etc/init.d/dhcpd as in the firestarter script that it produce in: /etc/firestarter/firestarter.sh

net-firewall/firestarter was removed from portage.
