When enabled fgxrl and started Xserver the system appear slow in any function
Must use ATI Proprietary Linux x86 Display Driver 8.36.5 from AMD site

Reproducible: Always

Well, Bug 175337 is about version bump; if you meant something else, then you'll need to clarify.
