new ebuild for the new redhat liberation fonts.

should probably go in media-fonts category
the ebuild is hacked from the hunkyfonts ebuild.

Fixes:
* use upstream package name
* use upstream description (from .spec files)
* using unversioned tarballs is to be avoided; we can extract a versioned tarball from the srpm
* *not* LGPL; GPL-2 with two exceptions (we might need to add this to licenses/)
* add a fonts.conf snippet to /etc/fonts/conf.avail

AFAIK license of this package is GPL+font exceptions. Neither LGPL-2.1 nor GPL-2 is correct.

liberation-fonts-ttf-2 is in the tree.
