Docs for cvsd have moved from .gz to .bz2, but the ebuild still gives the README.gz

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge cvsd-1.0.7
2.read post-install notes

cvsd-1.0.8 has the same bug.

Eh... These fixes don't make sense; it's not a valid fix for anyone who has PORTAGE_COMPRESS="gzip" set (or something different than bzip2), plus I don't see any reason to fix this at all; users should just use common sense and their brain... :P If you have a suggestion on a generic way to handle this, take you suggestions to gentoo-dev mailing list. 

Until then, dupe of Bug 169772.
