Hello, there is new version (license changes to >=GPL-2, packaging changes...)

Hey, this must be in portage IMHO, because it resolve scrolling problems with Xgl/AIGLX (see http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=1607327&forum_id=103285) and of course, others!
