Layman uses subversion, but the ebuild does not have a dependency for it.

Noticed that dev-util/subversion was removed the other day by emerge --depclean
(and wasn't pulled back in by revdep-rebuild).  Went to update layman (layman
-S) and it complained about not being able to find /usr/bin/svn

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
Actual Results:  
# layman -S

* Errors:
* ------
* 
* Failed to sync overlay "science".
* Error was: Binary /usr/bin/svn seems to be missing! Overlay type "svn" not
supported. Did you emerge dev-util/subversion?
* 


Expected Results:  
layman should update all overlays.
