A pair of bugzilla keywords would be useful for quick searches for stabilization or keyword request bugs:

STABLEREQ - Request for a package to be stablized

KEYWORDREQ - Request for a package to be keyworded for ~arch

Kudos to caster for the idea, I'm just officially requesting it.
