When completing emerge, it says to go look at /usr/share/doc/mailman-2.1.9_rc1/README.gentoo.gz, when it should be /usr/share/doc/mailman-2.1.9_rc1/README.gentoo.bz2.  Mine is located as a bzip2 not gzip.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge mailman
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
file doesn't exist

Expected Results:  
had to go find the file and it existed as a bzip2
