After emerge phpmyadmin, can`t login to database, phpmyadmin-2.9.2_rc1 working good!!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge phpmyadmin
2. try to login
3. crash
Actual Results:  
Fatal error: Call to undefined function ctype_digit() in /var/www/localhost/htdocs/phpmyadmin/libraries/common.lib.php on line 2994

Expected Results:  
logging to databases

It is NOT duplicate and not a bug at all!


Just do not forget to restart Apache!
