Fails to install every time it is attempted. Masking the package and using the previous version works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run emerge =courier-authlib-0.58

Actual Results:  
 * Running autoconf ...                                                   [ !! ]

 * Failed Running autoconf !
 *
 * Include in your bugreport the contents of:
 *
 *   /var/tmp/portage/courier-authlib-0.58/temp/autoconf-15040.out
