x11-drivers/ati-drivers-8.27.10 does not compile with kernels >=2.6.18

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =sys-kernel/gentoo-sources-2.6.19*
2. build kernel
3. emerge =x11-drivers/ati-drivers-8.27.10*

Actual Results:  
emerge fails to build fglrx module

Expected Results:  
a built fglrx module

these are not the same, different versions of the of the driver are still required

Don't touch Severity flag unless you know what you are doing.

Is it possible to install ati-drivers-8.27.10 on kernel 2.6.21 now??

It's not masked, but the compilation was failed.

i have the same problem. i need to install 2.6.28.8.   it failss with kernels >=2.6.18
