x11-drivers/ati-drivers-8.27.10 does not compile with kernels >=2.6.18

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =sys-kernel/gentoo-sources-2.6.19*
2. build kernel
3. emerge =x11-drivers/ati-drivers-8.27.10*

Actual Results:  
emerge fails to build fglrx module

Expected Results:  
a built fglrx module

these are not the same, different versions of the of the driver are still
required

Is it possible to install ati-drivers-8.27.10 on kernel 2.6.21 now??

It's not masked, but the compilation was failed.

i have the same problem. i need to install 2.6.28.8.   it failss with kernels
