media-sound/audacious have use flag chardet, but
media-plugins/audacious-plugins-1.2.2 haven't. Without this flag character
detection not working for id3v1 tag's in other than latin1 encoding.

I atached a ebuild that have chardet use flag for audacious-plugins. Maybe it's
clearly describe what i want :).
