When emerging sys-block/nbd it fails with the following message. Using
ACCEPT_KEYWORDS=~x86 emerges 2.8.7 with the same problem.

Looking at config.log shows that it can't find "nbd.h". But shouldn't it be
looking for <linux/nbd.h> which does exist ?

checking where to find a working nbd.h... configure: error: Could not find an
nbd.h from 2.6 or above.
