We should install /etc/env.d entry for PHP to CONFIG_PROTECT_MASK the extensions symlinks, so that people don't get hit with errors on unmerging/disabling extensions due to CONFIG_PROTECT ;)

Fixed, we now install an env.d file that sets the correct CONFIG_PROTECT_MASK value.
