If you need support, post the topmost build error, and the call stack if relevant. I have correctly set the opengl implementation to use to "nvidia" using eselect. I think the problem might be related to x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers-1.0.8774 going stable (at least these were part of the world update after which things broke). Addendum: The problem seems to be related to the "opengl" USE flag. If the "opengl" USE flag is set, amaroK fail to run and compile as described above. If the "opengl" USE flag is not set, amaroK compiles and runs fine.
eselect opengl set xorg-x11, try again. Not an amarok bug anyway. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 114893 ***
