Bug 147800 – net-libs/gnutls-1.4.4 - parts of it seem to build against system gnutls

relevant part of revdep-rebuild output:
  broken /usr/lib/libgnutls-extra.so.13.0.9 (requires  libgnutls.so.12)
  broken /usr/lib/libgnutls-openssl.so.13.0.9 (requires  libgnutls.so.12)

Very sensible to explictly ask for testers, before pushing a library like this to stable, Daniel. I hoped doing this would be more often the case. Thanks. :)

Thanks for the bug Carlo. I made this patch however autotools are giving me grief applying it. Undoubtly something silly. Suggestions welcome - I really need to do some study now.

added this bit which looks cleaner. It still gets a spurious -lgnutls from somewhere.
