Description Rabbe Fogelholm 2006-09-03 02:34:05 UTC
While doing the GCC upgrade from 3.4.6 to 4.1.1, in the `emerge -eav world' step, it turns out that cmucl-19a-r1 fails to build (unlike -19c, BTW, which builds without problems). Here is what the console output looks like:

Please, stabilize dev-lisp/cmucl-19c, confirmed as working by several folks in Bug 140100.

1) emerges fine so far
QA Notice: the following files contain executable stacks
Files with executable stacks will not work properly (or at all!)
on some architectures/operating systems. A bug should be filed
at http://bugs.gentoo.org/ to make sure the file is fixed.
 For more information, see http://hardened.gentoo.org/gnu-stack.xml
Please include this file in your report:
 /var/tmp/portage/cmucl-19c/temp/scanelf-execstack.log
RWX --- --- usr/bin/lisp

2) passes collision test
3) works
