It would be nice if a wild card connection example were added to the wpa_supplicant.conf.example file. For example like: network={ ssid= key_mgmt=NONE } Which will connect to the best open connection available. having it as the last network in the config file as a fallback default seems like behavior many users would like. Also, the example file didn't make it clear that this kind of catchall is even possible. Seems like an important example of what you can do with wpa_supplicant to me (in addition of course to the more complicated encryption/connection examples) Boris
