sci-biology/readseq-20080420 tested on x86. Please, add ~x86.

I didn't look this bug is assigned to sparc team. I would rather 
port another bug. Sorry for the mess.

For sparc,  readseq-19930201 has a ~sparc keyword.  The newer version,
readseq-20080420, is pure java.  Officially, we do not have a working java
implementation (although we are probably going to add IcedTea once I quit
slacking).  For this particular package, we also require a lot of other
keywording as well.

Looking at the history, I infer this bug was originally about -19930201, but
I'll add the dependency for -20080420 just so we keep track of it.
