I emerged slibo today, and went to try to use it. Once I got past a problem with XGL, there seem to be missing deps: crafy phalanx gnuchess faile KinghtCap babyxboard blah I get this list from: kbuildsycoca running... found crafty at /usr/games/bin/crafty found sliboengine at /usr/bin/sliboengine which: no phalanx in (/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/opt/bin:/usr/i686-pc-linux-gnu/gcc-bin/3.4.6:/opt/blackdown-jdk-1.4.2.03/bin:/opt/blackdown-jdk-1.4.2.03/jre/bin:/usr/kde/3.5/bin:/usr/qt/3/bin:/usr/games/bin:/opt/limewire) which: no gnuchess in (/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/opt/bin:/usr/i686-pc-linux-gnu/gcc-bin/3.4.6:/opt/blackdown-jdk-1.4.2.03/bin:/opt/blackdown-jdk-1.4.2.03/jre/bin:/usr/kde/3.5/bin:/usr/qt/3/bin:/usr/games/bin:/opt/limewire) which: no faile in (/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/opt/bin:/usr/i686-pc-linux-gnu/gcc-bin/3.4.6:/opt/blackdown-jdk-1.4.2.03/bin:/opt/blackdown-jdk-1.4.2.03/jre/bin:/usr/kde/3.5/bin:/usr/qt/3/bin:/usr/games/bin:/opt/limewire) which: no KinghtCap in (/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/opt/bin:/usr/i686-pc-linux-gnu/gcc-bin/3.4.6:/opt/blackdown-jdk-1.4.2.03/bin:/opt/blackdown-jdk-1.4.2.03/jre/bin:/usr/kde/3.5/bin:/usr/qt/3/bin:/usr/games/bin:/opt/limewire) which: no baby_xboard_engine in (/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/opt/bin:/usr/i686-pc-linux-gnu/gcc-bin/3.4.6:/opt/blackdown-jdk-1.4.2.03/bin:/opt/blackdown-jdk-1.4.2.03/jre/bin:/usr/kde/3.5/bin:/usr/qt/3/bin:/usr/games/bin:/opt/limewire) which: no blah in (/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/opt/bin:/usr/i686-pc-linux-gnu/gcc-bin/3.4.6:/opt/blackdown-jdk-1.4.2.03/bin:/opt/blackdown-jdk-1.4.2.03/jre/bin:/usr/kde/3.5/bin:/usr/qt/3/bin:/usr/games/bin:/opt/limewire) slibo: stack smashing attack in function virtual void QWidget::create(WId, bool, bool)() Aborted Thats the log I get when slibo fails to start. Seems alot of it isn't even in portage, or am I missing something here?
This doesn't have anything to do with missing deps. The computer players are optional and only needed if you want to play against the machine. The problem is: slibo: stack smashing attack in function virtual void QWidget::create(WId, bool, bool)() Aborted Where it cores. Reopen with the output of emerge --info
