Bugzilla Bug 139770

I tried to merge dev-util/kdevelop-3.3.3 and 3.3.91, they both died with the
same error (). After I emerged media-gfx/graphviz-2.8, 3.3.91 built fine. I
haven't tried 3.3.3 yet. Maybe graphviz should be added to the kdevelop ebuild
as a dependency.
