Description:   Opened: 2006-04-18 09:17 0000 
My Bugzilla installation is now broken. All of the CGI scripts are
non-executable. However, in /usr/share/webapps all of the CGI scripts
(correctly) have their executable bit set.

I have verified this behaviour of webapp-config by manually issuing
[code]webapp-config --install -h localhost -d bugzilla bugzilla 2.18.5[/code].

This is with webapp-config 1.50.13
