The database scripts in /etc/bacula after building app-backup/bacula-1.38.5
create version 7 tables, while 1.38.5 requires version 9.

bacula-1.36.3-r2 requires version 8 tables, but has the same scripts.

I had to dig out update_mysql_tables_7_to_8 and *_8_to_9 from the Bacula
tarball.

AFAIK, you don't need the _X_to_Y scripts anymore.  There should be an
update_<db>_tables script that JustWorks(TM).

Only 1.36.3-r2 and 2.0.3 left in the tree. If this is still an issue  w/ 2.0.3,
feel free to reopen this bug.
