the build of the trac package fails, because prerequisite package
psycopg fails to build. Error is:

# emerge --verbose trac
Calculating dependencies ...done!

I did the things suggested (i.e. another sync, delete of sources and refetch etc.) but without success.

local use flags are:
USE="audiofile arts avi doc dvd dvdr ffmpeg gtk2 iconv kde mp3 mpeg nls nsplugin nvidia opengl postgres qt readline recode unicode userlocales xmms zlib"
