This location should hold snapshots of the portage tree for the last three days.
emerge-webrsync (which is the only way to fetch tree updates for employees 
behind corporate firewalls) is pointless without uptodate snapshots.

Tagging this bug CRI because it is very important to fix this ASAP.

It's most likely a chiba->angel migration problem, that's why i put it into the 
server component
