Description Jan Kundrát (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-01-02 13:00:36 UTC
jkt@slon ~ $ rsync rsync://134.147.32.57/gentoo-portage /var/empty
rsync: failed to connect to 134.147.32.57: Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(98)

134.147.32.57 is a part of European rsync rotation. Problem persists for some time (hours?), ping is OK.
Comment 1 Peter Penkala gentoo-dev 2006-01-03 14:39:33 UTC
IP is for rsync10.de. Mirror works for me, but is ~10 hours out of date.

Removing from de and europe rotations, CCing admin.
Comment 2 Christian Mlynarek 2006-01-03 14:47:21 UTC
had some load problems, but rsyncd is up and running again, you can add it to the rotation again
Comment 3 Peter Penkala gentoo-dev 2006-01-12 11:05:14 UTC
Sorry for the delay. I didn't get around to double checking that it was syncing properly until last night and today.

Added back to de an europe roations.

Thanks.
