Add a new application to the portage tree: jbofi'e, the Lojban parser. This most recent stable release is from September 2001, so a few minor tweaks are necessary to make it build and run on modern systems. These are included in jbofihe-0.38-modernize.patch. I am submitting them upstream as well.
