In order to build Evolution support into evolution-data-server, openldap needs
to be patched with NTLM support. Currently, the latest stable version of
openldap (2.2.28) is missing NTLM support, however 2.2.28-r1 does (Gentoo bug#
105144) contain support however. 

This should be made a requirement for evolution-data-server for anyone wanting
to build exchange support. As Exchange support is optional, maybe we should add
a USE flag for exchange support in evolution-data-server which requires
>=net-nds/openldap-2.2.28-r1. Something else might be needed in
evolution-exchange to make sure evolution-data-server was built with Exchange
support.

As net-nds/openldap-2.2.28-r3 contains NTLM support and is now stable, bug no longer applies. Closing...
