I'm getting a dependency on dev-php/php when I try to emerge PEAR packages
required for Horde.  I hand-modified all of the PEAR packages required for
Horde, and Horde works fine with dev-lang/php.  All of the PEAR packages
referenced have ~x86 and ~sparc, but not ~amd64.
