genkernel --bootloader=grub leaves an empty grub.conf, ie. file size 0
This was tested on an P4 and two AMD64s

At one stage it did work, but it appeared that 2005.1 somehwere it doesn;t
anymore :(

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
0. make a backup copy of /bot/grub/grub.conf (IMPORTANT!!!! ;^)
1. genkernel --bootloader=grub all
2. ls -l /boot/grub/grub.conf


Actual Results:  
/boot/grub/grub.conf empty

Expected Results:  
New kernel added to grub.conf

both on P4 and AMD64 systems

Please, attach grub.conf.bak to the other bug and I'll reopen that one.
